About Patricia
Patricia originally trained as a commercial artist, graphic designer and illustrator.
Whilst teaching ceramics, the reputation about her hobby, cake decorating, started to spread, and this lead to her starting her own business.
Starting out with a grant from the Princes Youth Business Trust, she has now been making cakes since 1985. Over the years she has accomplished much, including gaining two City & Guilds in sugar craft, as well as winning a Bronze and a Gold medal in the prestigious 'Scot Hot' event.
"I love to fulfill clients dreams, by sketching out their ideas, and making them become reality" says Patricia.
She currently works full time in her specialist field, and also works freelance for other companies in the same industry.
